Granite Countertops

In today’s market, granite is one of the most popular countertop choices. Granite can add
beauty and value to your kitchen or bathroom. Because granite is a natural
stone, no two pieces are exactly the same. Granite has a deep richness that is
unlike any other surface and the color selection is unlimited. This allows for
your countertops to be a custom fit for your kitchen or bath.

Although many love the aesthetics of granite countertops, some customers are concerned
about the maintenance and stability of granite. Just like any other countertop,
you must protect your granite. A mild dishwashing liquid and water may be used
to clean the surface or a cleaner specifically used for granite. Remember to
clean up any food and oils as soon as possible. Any hot surfaces should not
come in contact of the granite, but instead first be placed on a trivet.
Granite is one of the most durable natural stone countertops that are
available, but it is not indestructible.
